Start time: 10:00am

#6: Yoga- Instruction class. Bring your own mat.
Anticipated class structure: This will be a yoga class that draws on a few different yoga lineages. The class will begin with a meditation or breathing technique to calm the mind to ready us to engage in the mind/body connection of yoga. It will progress with simple stretches, followed by gentle flows of combining a few moves in sequence (Hatha yoga). As the class advances, those flows might increase in the length of the sequence and the challenge of the poses (Vinyasa yoga). Options will be given for all levels of practitioners. Balancing poses will be incorporated. After cool-down sequences and poses, the class will end with Savasana (relaxation pose) and a final meditation or calming breathing technique. (Note that it is always open to change as I read people’s desires, experiences and energy levels.) A yoga mat and towel and a light sweater are recommended as well as yoga blocks and eye shades if participants own them.
Start time: 10:00am

If you don’t feel like participating in a guided activity, you can come and just relax by the creek or go on a self-guided hike.

12:00 PM- 2:00 PM Gourmet lunch provided by Red Truck

Come and enjoy a delicious picnic among the camas lilies! Entertainment will be provided by musical guest Angele and Garrison.
