Van Norden Meadow is the headwaters of the South Yuba River, teeming with wildlife and birds, and an important part of Sierra history. The dam creating Lake Van Norden, however, is in violation of California State law. Any remedy making the dam legal will affect the meadow. Join Truckee Donner Land Trust to learn and comment about options for the meadow and the lake.
